Perceptions 360 Multi-Rater Introductory Offer
Believe & Succeed Inc. is pleased to introduce Perceptions 360 , a powerful, yet easy to use Multi-Rater Feedback system. Successful companies and organizations realize their real strength is in their people.
Multi-Rater tools are fast becoming a strategic component in the development and growth of employees in businesses throughout the US, Canada, Europe, Australia and South Africa.
The 360 assessment process is unique in that it compares observable current behavior to performance expectations from any internal or external source you select.
Perceptions 360 let s you design your own 360 surveys using our standard questions, writing your own survey questions or simply use our ready-made surveys. Your surveys can contain any number of questions and have an unlimited number of respondents. We do not charge by the number of respondents. You simply pay per target person (each person you wish to receive feedback from others).
The main purpose of most training experiences is to change behavior and improve effectiveness. Change begins when people recognize and accept that their current behavior is ineffective or self-defeating. Only feedback, which is specific, comprehensive and developmental in focus, can create this critical awareness. And our innovative feedback instruments do this better than any other instrument or training program.
Our unique Gap analysis methodology serves as the basis for action planning and follow-up activities. The closer the gap, the greater the effectiveness, the larger the gap, the greater the need for change. Perceptions 360 provides developmental feedback based on expectations. They trust it. They understand the consequences of their actions with others. They are then more willing to create self directed action plans to improve their performance with others.
Our Perceptions 360 assessment process provides developmental suggestions if needed when you use our standard questions. And feedback workbooks with worksheets, guidelines for analyzing their data, setting goals and creating action plans make it easy for participants to accept their results.
Clients, worldwide, have trusted our process since 1976. The feedback is credible and relevant to job performance. Perceptions 360 for Windows 95 is the future of Multi-Raters. Year 2000 compliant for your use into the next millennium.
Perceptions 360 provides you with easy to read reports for individuals, teams, departments, your entire organization and even a trainers report. With Perceptions 360 you can look at the data in many different report formats.

PART II
Chuck Hickok, author of Improving Performance with Feedback states, "If you give motivated and competent employees good information on the interpersonal aspects of their job, most will work to do their job better, and you can measure the change in behavior." He suggests most companies use 360's for developmental purposes. Getting someone to change how they behave is a very difficult task, Hickok said, and it isn't the 360 survey that will make people more effective. 360's help people recognize there may be some things in need of improvement."
Companies of all sizes and industries are using 360's. These include well-known names like General Electric, 3M, The Mayo Clinic, Westinghouse, Citicorp, Honeywell and many others.
360 Feedback is also known as multi-rater feedback and is the process of asking several people to evaluate or rate the effectiveness of a person's work-related practices. The name 360 comes from the idea that feedback originates from all directions. Feedback can come from managers, peers, subordinates, team members and customers (both internal and external) and compares observable current behavior to performance expectations.
Our unique gap analysis methodology serves as the basis for action planning and follow-up activities. The closer the gap, the greater the effectiveness.
For example: How often does this person communicate goals effectively?
The response options maybe:
1. Almost Never 2. Sometimes 3. Generally 4. Almost Always 5. Always
How often should this person communicate goals effectively?
1. Almost Never 2. Sometimes 3. Generally 4. Almost Always 5. Always
The gap between the highlighted how often does this person and the highlighted how often should this person communicate goals effectively is described as a "Gap" of two. (4. Almost Always minus 2. sometimes = a "Gap" of two. A "Gap" of two or more with two or more respondents or raters is a call for change.
Perceptions 360 is a Windows 95 user friendly, customizable and powerful feedback program. It's designed to be used internally eliminating the need for outside processing. You receive individual feedback workbooks for each participant, a feedback workshop train the trainer video and Chuck Hickok's book "Improving Performance With Feedback."
